Our History
Linda's Cleaning Service began over 26 years ago in 1998. Our family relocated to Kansas City, Missouri, from Fremont, Ohio, in 1996, for my husband's employment. We had four young children during this time.
A short two years later, my husband's position ended, due to the sale of the company!
We had just moved into our new home, and the building boom was going on in my local neighborhood, as well as all over Kansas City.
While my neighbor's house was being built, I befriended the Superintendent and told him we were looking for work. He asked if I could clean houses, I said of course! I had no idea what I was getting into, but was excited for the opportunity to clean new homes, and quickly learned and grew from one house and one builder to seven builders, and a small crew. Just one year later we had over 300 houses to clean!
In 2008, after the great recession, we made the transition into residential home cleaning and some office cleaning.
I am so grateful for the loyal customers over the years, and the chance to help serve others by giving their time back to do the things they love. It's been a total blessing to our now-grown family. Even through the pandemic!
Thank you! ~Linda
